Mollusc Wensleydale

My goal was a manos-like fairly low-twist single. I didn’t quite get that, but close enough. I started out spinning from the fold but didn’t like how thin I was making it, so I switched to spinning it long-draw. I’m still having some issues making myself treadle slower than I draft.
There was also a brief fight between Lenny the Lendrum and I while spinning this. We persevered.

ooh, very cool colors. the one time i tried spinning wensleydale, i couldn’t get over how hairy it was. now i have 2 skeins of bulky that i don’t know what to do with.
Very pretty yarn. I am also a part of the Hello Yarn Fiber Club and quite envious of what you have created. Thank you for sharing.
I really love those colors!
that’s a wonderful skein of yarn – my fingers would be intching to knit up an incredible scarf with it right away!
