I owe a ton of people emails. I’m so sorry! I am hitting that point where I wonder: do I reply or is it too late to reply? I have been bowled over by workwork and pretty much haven’t wanted to look at the computer in my ever shrinking bit of spare time.

I think I have changed my mind again on which bag to make my KSKS pal — now I am thinking about this very cute little shoulder bag. I also think this bag is fantastic — I even drew a schematic of how to construct it during a meeting at work today.

Any thoughts on those bags? I’m not sure I can make the second bag as well as CJ did though! I am truly a sewing novice.

In other news, I am on the sleeves of secret holiday sweater 1. The body is done and bound off — in a week, I finished that much. Not bad! Hopefully I will not be stranded on sleeve island for long.

Both bags are cute, but I prefer the first one for practicality.

I am going to try Tiny Happy’s bag (your first option). I’ve been eyeing her tut and pics of her different versions and I think its’ very versatile but also forgiving…there is a cool casulaness about it.

Both bags look cute–but the first one does look like it would be easier to make look good. Can’t wait to see what you try. And thanks for the link to the tutorial!
